IMG Alt Gen Account Portal & Support

Portal features

The IMG Alt Gen account portal (hosted on the main product site) lets you:

  • Sign up and log in
    • Create an account with your email and password.
    • Log in to view and manage your subscription and tokens.
  • View token balance and usage
    • See your current token balance.
    • Get a high-level view of usage across linked sites.
  • Manage billing
    • Purchase token bundles.
    • Update payment details (where applicable).
    • View and download invoices.
  • Manage linked WordPress sites
    • See which sites are currently authorised.
    • Revoke access for sites you no longer manage.
  • Support tickets
    • Create a new ticket describing your issue.
    • Attach relevant details (site URL, plugin version, etc.).
    • View replies and keep the conversation in one place.

Logging in and resetting your password

  1. Go to the account portal URL on the product site (for example: /account/).
  2. Enter the email you used when linking your first site in WordPress.
  3. Choose a password if prompted, or log in with your existing credentials.
  4. To reset your password, use the “Forgot password” link in the portal:
    • Enter your account email.
    • Follow the instructions in the email you receive.
